Community Town HallThursday, September 9th
7:00pm A Townhall is an opportunity for you to express your opinions and ask questions. It is not an official annual meeting where votes are taken. This townhall will be open for you to discuss and ask questions about the new Bylaws and Covenants that you will be voting on in October. Click the buttons below to read the proposed documents now! You must register in advance
for this Zoom meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Since a meeting of this length must be hosted with a paid Zoom account, our Board President has volunteered to host.
However, you can join with a free account! |

Cottages of Stockton Construction Work
The Developer did not completed all of their tasks. So, the city has taken their bond money and hired a contractor to complete this work.
By the time you read this, you should already be seeing construction begin. Cusick sent out an email about this work on August 17th. You will see the following:
|
From the contractors as included in the email notice:
The contractor will alert homeowners when the on-street parking will be striped. On those days parking will be limited. Traffic will need to be re-routed when asphalt and the catch basin rework is being completed. Working hours will be from 7am – 6pm on Monday through Friday. The contractor will contact you prior to any disturbance. We would ask you to not drive over any curbing with cones or flagging which would indicate recent work. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences and assure you that this work will be performed in as timely a manner as possible. There will be at least one lane of traffic open during the project for access.
